Each of these rattles is a one of a kind piece. To create the unique look, the ancient Japanese Raku firing process is used. Pieces are removed from the kiln at around 1846 degrees Fahrenheit and placed in a covered container of combustibles. Intense heat and lack of oxygen create the unpredictable color pattern. The coloring of each rattle may differ. Each piece comes in a gift box and includes a story card. Made in USA.
